Marguerite Lawler

Is Vice-President and Commercial Loan Officer for People's Heritage Bank.  People's Heritage is Maine's largest bank and has been recognized extensively by state and federal agencies for its support of Maine's businesses.  Marguerite is a board member of the United Way of Aroostook, a board member of Lead (Leaders Encouraging Aroostook Developement), and serves on the Economic Development District Council for the Northern Maine Development  Commission.  She is an active member and past president of the Houlton Rotary Club and is a past president of the Greater Houlton Chamber of Commerce.  She resides in Smyrna and serves on the Town Planning Board and Budget Committee.  Her many years of banking experience and community involvement provides a valuable contribution to the SADC organization.

         Max Lynds
Is president of the Southern Aroostook Growth Council and serves as their representative to the "Aroostook 21" initiative. He is a Registered Health  Underwriter with a series 6 securities license and is associated with F. A. Peabody Company, a full line insurance and financial services company.  He also  serves as their vice-president of Human Resources.   Max represents the town of Littleton on Northern  Maine Development Commission's Revolving Loan Committee.  He is a member of the Houlton Rotary  Club, Monument Lodge #96, director of the Southern Aroostook Historical and Art Museum of Houlton  and a past president of the Border Little League.

    Jon Prescott

Representing the Island Falls/Patten area, is the CEO of Katahdin Trust Company a local, independent, full-service commercial bank serving northern Maine.  Their branch offices are conveniently located throughout the area.  Jon is Vice President of Independent Community Bankers Association of Maine, and a member of the board of directors of the Maine Bankers Association.  He brings knowledge of the southern sector of SADC's target area and in his bank position provides reliable  expert advice on matters relating to banking and finance.

  Paul J. Romanelli, M.D.

serves as the representative from the Houlton Town Council.  He is a two-term councilor and is presently the chairman.  Dr. Romanelli is Director of Medical Affairs at Houlton Regional Hospital and Medical Director of Company Doc, a hospital based occupational/industrial medicine service.  He is board member of the Katahdin Valley Health Center, Southern Aroostook Growth Council, member of the Maine Medical Association, and a member and past president of the Aroostook County Medical Society.
